Delicious ramen and sushi in Mammoth lakes. We went on a Sunday at 8pm and had a bit of a wait for a table for 3 but the food game and fast and is well worth it! We had the salmon special sushi roll, space needle and ramen with chicken.. they weee sold out of pork belly.

This was our third visit to this fantastic spot, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! We make it a point to stop by every time we're in Mammoth. The food continues to impress, but this time, the shrimp and vegetable tempura didn’t quite meet the high standards we’ve come to expect. The portion size felt smaller than usual (see photo). Other than that, everything else was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

We came to try it after seeing many recommendations. The food was served quickly, the ramen tasted pretty good, the dining environment was pleasant, and the staff were friendly! If you’re craving a hot bowl of ramen, this is the place to try.

Very nice experience for Godzilla’s fans. Cozy and family environment. Delicious sashimi. Very high quality house Sake. Ramen bowls were generous and delicious too. Definitely will come back next time we are here.

If you're in Mammoth, you have to check out Gojira. The atmosphere is unlike anything else in town—it’s got a distinctive, high-energy vibe paired with top-tier ramen and sushi. It’s a rare gem that feels cool enough for a night out but is still welcoming for families and kids.

After a long day of hiking, we stumbled across this place and wow—the food was amazing. The Goji Ramen is out of this world and definitely a must-try. The veggie ramen was also really good. Sushi was good too.To top it off, the drinks were great—we tried the avocado drink and it was awesome. This is definitely a must-go spot!

I had a to go order, but the food was amazing. I had the sweet potato sushi and tofu ramen. They were very flavorful. The whole vibe was cool and nostalgic. I loved the Godzilla theme and memorabilia that lined the walls and menu of the restaurant. I would definitely eat here again.

We came here sep 2025 and it was raining like cats and dogs,so it was perfect time for a bowl of warm broth. When we entered the restaurant,we were both in awe of all the different godzilla memorabilia that adorned the walls throughout the entire place.Tip my hat to the owners for the time it took to find all that.We came around 3:30 pm,so there was no wait, but would realize later we beat the rush. The waitress was polite and seated us without hesitation. The menu has quite a few items on it to choose from,so it took us a few minutes to decide.Someone in an earlier post had basically said the black garlic ramen was life changing,so we both got the black garlic ramen. We also orderd some takoyaki and tempura shrimp. This was our first visit to GOJIRA,and neither one of us had ever had black garlic ramen or takoyaki. The wait for our food was just long enough for us to take it all in being there, and then we were served. We were both served large bowls of the black garlic ramen, and the takoyaki and shrimp tempura came a short time later. The black garlic ramen was ok really.I was not blown away with a depth of flavor that would make me hungry for more, rather a big bowl of broth and ramen to get through. There was not alot of meat in the ramen which left me wanting more. The ramen noodles were fine though. The broth was almost a little too watery maybe. The takoyaki were pretty tastey really. If you don't like octopus,do not get these,as thats what is inside them.We were both fine with octopus,so it was not a big deal. The shrimp tempura literally were like the ones you buy in the freezer section of your grocery store.I was a little underwhelmed to be honest, but we would come back again and try something else. They do serve beer and sake here, which no doubt is popular with the ramen, etc. We didn't have any beers or sake because we had to drive.Perhaps with a decent buzz on,the black garlic ramen would be "the best I have ever had".
